The challenge
Beautiful by GG offers a broad range of hair-care and styling services, with an initial consultation guiding new clients toward an appropriate service. The project focus was to present that range clearly while keeping the salon's identity and consultation-first approach easy to understand.
Strategy
Connect the salon's brand image with an organized service offering and a clear path to consultation. Website development and organic search were paired with product and service design and business consulting, using the customer journey from exploring hair-care options to contacting the salon as the organizing context.
Implementation
Platinum Infinity provided brand image development, website development, search engine optimization, product and service design, and business consulting. The website presents hair-care categories including braiding, coloring, extensions, natural hair, and loc services, explains the new-client consultation, and provides booking, contact, and location information. On the technical side this was tedious as the client needed a system to organize, categorize, and list each service so we had to finds a way to upload over 500+ service variants into a system that would allow for seamless booking.
