Summary
We started working together in May 2019 with the goal of building business skills, developing SOPs for production and fulfillment, and improving website functionality. We had an agent that performed weekly 1 hour consultations. Together they created hiring procedures to scale up production capabilities and new social media strategy. We improved website functionality by moving to Shopify and adding more payment options as well as creating new product photos. With our help the client improved production from 7 units an hour to 22 With a reduced cost of 50%. After utilizing our strategies and creating a streamlined checkout process they were able to improve sales 125% and acquire 3x more followers over the course of the next 3 years.
